Cancellation Policy

1. Class Booking & Commitment Booking a class secures your place for the entire 2025 school term calendar year. Our classes are capped at a maximum number of students to ensure a safe, supportive, and high-quality learning environment. This structure allows us to ensure individual attention, skill progression, and venue capacity. 2. Class Withdrawal & Booking Changes If you wish to opt out of your booking or adjust your enrolment, you must notify Miss Ebony directly. 3. Payment & Invoicing Invoices for class fees will be issued at the end of each term. Timely payments are required to maintain your enrolment in the program.
